Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Maply is a Zoho CRM extension that provides an interactive map with geo-analytical and route-planning features. Maply is provided by Maply, located at Carrera de San Jerónimo, 15, Madrid, 28014, Spain. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

 

2. Description of Services

Maply integrates directly with Zoho CRM to offer the following features:

  • Filter and visualize Zoho CRM data on an interactive map.
  • Optimize routes to minimize driving time.
  • Discover new prospects and export them back to Zoho CRM.
  • Draw custom territories using polygons, geographical regions, or by driving time and radius.
  • View heatmaps of Zoho CRM data to uncover trends and insights.

 

3. User Responsibilities

By using Maply, you agree to:

  • Use the app fairly and responsibly.
  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app’s operation or security.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

4. Account Requirements

Users can cancel their subscription at any time and delete the Maply extension. All user data is deleted upon the deletion of the Maply extension.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • No refunds are provided.
  • Payment is made monthly or annually via the Zoho CRM Marketplace.
  • A free 14-day trial is available.

 

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Maply collects the following data:

  • Territory shapes (boundaries).
  • Route directions.
  • User settings.

All other data, such as Zoho CRM records, is cached locally on the client side, and all data exchanges are conducted on the client side. Maply does not store Zoho CRM data.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the services and software provided by Maply remain the property of Maply or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as provided.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maply and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the services will be governed by the laws of Spain. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Madrid, Spain.

 

10. Modifications to the Terms of Service

Maply reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
